This isn’t a basic RAMS as many provide, it’s a 50+ page document detailing every element of our approach to planning and implementing the security for the Festival. This is the core document from which every operative on site is briefed and fully aware. This plan is invaluable at planning stages when demonstrating real credibility to partner agencies with an interest in the safety and professionalism of your event.

- Crowd Safety Managers
- Safety Supervisors
- SIA Licenced Security Officers
- Site Crew (To assist in Build & Break phases, as well as ongoing maintenance of Site Infrastructure throughout the event)
- Dedicated Incident Response Teams (IRTs) – Highly trained and experienced Officer with a wealth of knowledge who can rapidly deploy to any escalating situation and restore calm and order as soon as possible
- Close Protection Teams – Specialist Officers (recruited from Police and Military backgrounds) who can provide dedicated security for artists, speakers or VIPs attending the event
- Security Medics – Close Protection Licensed personnel also trained to Level 3 or 4 First Response Emergency Care. Vital at smaller events where there is any risk of saturation of on-site medical resources. Our Security Medics deploy with full Responder kits including Medical Gases and AEDs.
- Radio Operators and Loggists – The provision of a detailed and accurate decision log, to accompany recordings which can be provided if required, can be truly invaluable when debriefing the event with local authorities.
- Licensing Co-ordinators - To ensure your event’s compliance with it’s licence and the wider Licensing Objectives
- Event Safety Officer(s) – To plan for, manage and verify the safe operating of your event.

We are specialists in interactive, engaging and lively events with audiences ranging from 200 to 25,000. A lengthy background in live music, festivals, bars & clubs and stadiums means our team have the breadth of experience to successfully compliment most mass gathering events.
We have a holistic view to Security and Crowd Management, seeing far beyond just the personnel allocation. We actively engage in the planning, authority engagement and safety advisory group meetings, supporting our customers on their route to developing a solution which will ensure every one of their customers leaves safe and impressed.

Of course, all of our staff are fully licensed for their roles, as set out in the Private Security Act 2001, holding Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses in Close Protection or Door Supervision, whichever is appropriate. Our Stewarding Team all hold the nationally recognised Level 2 award in Spectator Safety. Our Maritime Teams are trained to STCW Personal Safety and Crowd Management, with a variety of specialities available with further training levels within the team. We hold comprehensive insurance policies for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability and Professional Inefficacy.
