Complete was born out of the frustration of its founder, Alex Hutchinson, at an industry which too often seemed to provide the least possible, competing solely on price at the expense of the workforce, and customer satisfaction. Alex set out to build a different model, one which maintained a fair, transparent pricing structure and ensured value for money for customers, but while investing heavily in the best and strongest workforce in the sector, complimented with customised equipment solutions to deliver a service which is unrivalled.  The industry seems to have lost sight of the fact that the strength of our services rests firmly not in a ring binder or iPad, but in the strength and knowledge of our staff themselves – we are very actively working against that tide.

10 years on, and surrounded by a robust management team with a combined 110 years of experience across the breadth of the sector, headed by our Managing Director, Jamil Mukhtar, Complete is now firmly established as the experts in their market, responsible for the most complex and demanding security projects and receiving constant excellent feedback from customers and the public alike. Trusted by everyone from independent operators and event organisers to the UK Government and multi-billion-dollar international companies; we have firmly set out our place as the only option when second-best just won’t suffice. 

Crucially, also, our staff satisfaction levels are superb, the result of constant investment, mentoring and support, and this means a level of staff retention and an experienced workforce which is unparalleled in the region, which with constant investment in upskilling and development is the very backbone of what sets us apart. We provide Security Services to those who are unable or unwilling to settle for anything but the best in the hospitality, late night, maritime, event and entertainment venue sectors. 

Through our work in the Live Music and Touring sectors, we have an active Close Protection division able to address even the most complex personal security requirements.
