The most specialist arm of our Organisation, Complete Maritime Security Ltd provides STCW trained Maritime Security workers to shipping companies and off-shore operations worldwide.

With a Senior Management Team who have operated to SSO level across the Cruise, Passenger Ferry and Cargo Industry, as well as MarSec Anti-Piracy experience, we are able to bring a wealth of experience to any organisation’s security arrangements.
All of our Maritime Officers hold STCW Basic Training, with Fire Fight and Medical training. Many of our team also hold Advanced Fire Fighting and Medical Training, and we can custom compose training combinations to suit your exact requirements of your Security Team within any Vessel’s emergency plan.
Conversant with the relevant IMO treaties and their implication on work at sea, our team can support any operation with their Maritime Security requirements.
We can also offer PFSO trained officers on-shore to supplement our Maritime Capability with a strong, knowledgeable Port and Dock Team to ensure that your ISPS provision is properly maintained from both sides.

We have a holistic view to Security and Crowd Management, seeing far beyond just the personnel allocation. We actively engage in the planning, authority engagement and safety advisory group meetings, supporting our customers on their route to developing a solution which will ensure every one of their customers leaves safe and impressed.

Of course, all of our staff are fully licensed for their roles, as set out in the Private Security Act 2001, holding Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses in Close Protection or Door Supervision, whichever is appropriate. Our Stewarding Team all hold the nationally recognised Level 2 award in Spectator Safety. Our Maritime Teams are trained to STCW Personal Safety and Crowd Management, with a variety of specialities available with further training levels within the team. We hold comprehensive insurance policies for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability and Professional Inefficacy.
