It goes without saying our stadia teams are trained to the nationally recognised Level 2 standard in Spectator Safety, but this is only the start of their learning and development journey at Complete where we supplement this with a variety of accredited training pathways to ensure that our team are fully equipped for all of the challenges that come with mass gathering spectator events. Our team also contains multiple members with the Level 3 in Spectator Safety Supervision and the Level 4 in Spectator Safety Management, giving you the peace of mind that we are able to understand and deliver at the highest levels.

We have a holistic view to Security and Crowd Management, seeing far beyond just the personnel allocation.  We actively engage in the planning, authority engagement and safety advisory group meetings, supporting our customers on their route to developing a solution which will ensure every one of their customers leaves safe and impressed.

Of course, all of our staff are fully licensed for their roles, as set out in the Private Security Act 2001, holding Security Industry Authority (SIA) licenses in Close Protection or Door Supervision, whichever is appropriate.  Our Stewarding Team all hold the nationally recognised Level 2 award in Spectator Safety.  Our Maritime Teams are trained to STCW Personal Safety and Crowd Management, with a variety of specialities available with further training levels within the team.  We hold comprehensive insurance policies for Public Liability, Employers Liability, Product Liability and Professional Inefficacy.
